After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for support.

If you need help with your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or open-box Trulap dumbbells.

Unopened and sealed items are eligible for return within 16 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds without the original packaging.

Customers are fully liable for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on returns, refunds, and cancellations once an order has shipped.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address after an order has shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request an address update.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the processing.
